Art Smart Construction Engineering Limited aims to provide the total solution of the
site management, maintenance and renovation works to our clients. We were founded in 1997
and has been specializing to handle small and large scale projects in the renovation builder’s
works, A/C installation, E & M Installation, Fire Services, Plumbing and Drainage. We are
able to provide a detail of the building service systems with most competitive offers to match
clients’ requirements. We believe we can achieve the total customer satisfaction with our
accomplishments of our delicate and quality works.
Year 2007 is a good and blessing year to ARTSMART. We have gained nearly 40 %
growth of business with turnover of 34 millions Hong Kong dollars. We anticipate there is
double digit growth of business in year 2008. We have been running projects of the
renovation works as Pure Fitness and Yoga, Freshness Burger by Far East, restaurants in
Universities and Hospitals, Gund Office, Grove Sandwich, the Salvation Army. We also
provide the Fire Service works to those sites of Banks of China. Our works of the building
services run for the Swire Properties and the Kerry Properties as we are the listed contractor.
We are expecting to have significant business growth in 2008.
